Galatea was protagonist of the 40th Host edition, the Ho.Re.Ca trade, foodservice, retail, GDO and hotellerie fair held in Milan.
From October 20-24 2017 the Professional Hospitality International Salon welcomed the top food and catering market players: 2165 exhibitors representing 52 countries showed to about 200.000 visitors all the fruits of their commercial and non-commercial experience.
One of the main focus of this edition was the ice cream business, an area which is witnessing a significant growth and important development: training sessions, demonstrations and tastings animated Hall 6 throughout the fair.
Galatea brought to Host many news, starting from a renewed image by a revised logo that conveys the company’s ability to evolve in the tradition respect and that makes people think about the high quality ice cream characteristics: creaminess and freshness.
We introduced new born products, researched and developed by the Pillot’s family always consistent with health and naturalness ethical values, aimed to meet every customer’s needs.
A lot of curiosity aroused around SHELFRI, the innovative and natural ingredient able to add structure and long life to all bakery products.
The great success as leading company in the semi-finished items production for ice cream and pastry has been confirmed by the high number of contacts and visits received at the stand: a welcoming and colorful space that hosted business-related meetings, talks and break moments in a naturally pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
Galatea’s attention to organic, vegan and security topics, certified by authoritative bodies, showed up to be successful on this occasion too, attracting a large number of professionals enthusiastic and interested in our business philosophy that arises from a procedure made of experience, ethics and well-being.
